We offer the ChangeAgent Profile Assessment — a professional development tool for real estate agents — along with coaching, speaking, and brokerage services. When you take the ChangeAgent Profile Assessment, we collect your full name and email address, which you provide voluntarily before beginning the assessment. We also collect your responses to the 25 assessment questions. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through this site. If you contact us by email, text, or phone, we retain that correspondence.
We use your name and email to deliver your assessment results by email and to follow up with coaching or brokerage information relevant to your profile. Your assessment responses are used to generate your personalized ChangeAgent Profile report. We may also use aggregated, anonymized assessment data (with no personally identifiable information) to improve the assessment tool and develop educational content. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By submitting your email address to receive your assessment results, you consent to receiving your profile report and occasional follow-up communications from Mike Gandolfo related to coaching, RE Solutions brokerage, and the Trust Factor Podcast. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails (such as your assessment results) are not subject to opt-out.
Your assessment data is stored in a secured database hosted on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver email communications. Your name and email address are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your assessment results and follow-up communications. We do not share your data with any other third-party marketing platforms without your explicit consent.
